2. What data we collect

When you visit this website

Our hosting provider may collect standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps) to operate and secure the site.

We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregated traffic and how the site is used. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive usage data according to Google's privacy policy. We do not use this site for advertising retargeting pixels.

When you purchase CursorFocus

Purchases are processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe, or another checkout provider we designate). We receive your email address and related order details needed to deliver your license key and provide support. We do not store your payment card details — card processing is handled by the payment provider.

When you use the app

CursorFocus can capture your screen, microphone, system audio, and optionally your webcam. Recordings, projects, and exports stay on your Mac unless you upload them somewhere yourself. We do not operate a cloud library of your recordings.

The app may send anonymous diagnostic or crash information to help us fix bugs. Screen content and project media are not intended to be included in those reports. Where the app offers an opt-out for diagnostics, you may disable it in settings.
