5. Purchase and activation
CursorFocus is sold as a one-time purchase. A valid license key is required to activate and use the product. After purchase, your license key is delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Keep your key private. If a license is revoked for misuse or chargeback, access may be disabled until the matter is resolved.

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number or purchase email.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
CursorFocus is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any data loss that results from using the software.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CursorFocus.
